IMPORTANT NOTICE AIcreativexpress is an informal association of independent freelance professionals based in Dubai, UAE — not a registered company or licensed business entity. These Terms of Service govern how we work with clients. By requesting our services or making payment, you agree to these terms. Individual project engagements may also be governed by a separate written agreement or proposal sent to you directly.

What AIcreativexpress Is

AIcreativexpress is a creative collective — an informal association of independent freelancers operating from Dubai, UAE. Members of the collective specialise in AI-powered video content, UGC-style ads, product visuals, social media content, and related creative production services.

We operate under a shared brand name for convenience and professionalism. Each client engagement is managed by one or more individual freelancers within the collective. We do not hold a UAE trade licence, and engagements are not contracts with a registered legal entity.

Services


AIcreativexpress collectively offers the following types of creative services:

• AI-generated video content for social media, advertising, and brand use
• AI-powered UGC-style video ads for Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
• Product visuals and lifestyle imagery produced using AI tools
• Social media content creation and brand creative production
• Content strategy and creative direction consulting
• Meta Ads creative production and content systems for retainer clients

Specific deliverables, timelines, revision rounds, and pricing are confirmed in a written proposal or message exchange prior to project commencement. That confirmation forms the basis of the engagement.

Your Responsibilities as a Client


When working with AIcreativexpress, you agree to:

Use delivered content responsibly and in compliance with applicable advertising laws

Provide accurate, complete briefs and any required brand materials in a timely manner

Give feedback and approvals within the timelines agreed at project start

Confirm that any brand assets, logos, images, or materials you share are owned or licensed by you

Confirm that your intended use of the content we produce is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights

Make payment in full and on time as per the agreed terms



Payment

Unless agreed otherwise in writing:

We reserve the right to charge a late fee of 1.5% per month on overdue balances

Retainer engagements are invoiced monthly in advance, due within 7 days of invoice

One-off projects require a 50% deposit before work starts, with the balance due on delivery

All fees are in USD unless another currency is mutually agreed

Payments more than 14 days overdue may result in work being paused until the account is settled


INVOICING NOTE

Invoices may be issued by individual freelancers within the collective rather than under the AIcreativexpress name, depending on the member delivering your project. Payment details will be clearly stated on each invoice. VAT: Individual freelancers operating under a UAE freelance permit may or may not be VAT-registered. Any applicable VAT will be stated clearly on your invoice. International clients are responsible for their own tax obligations in their home jurisdiction.

Ownership of Deliverables


What you own

Once full payment is received for a project, you own the final deliverables produced specifically for your engagement. You may use them freely for the agreed purpose (e.g. social media advertising, website content, brand use).

What we retain

AIcreativexpress and its individual members retain the right to display the work in our portfolios and case studies unless you request confidentiality in writing before the project begins. We do not share client briefs, strategies, or unpublished materials publicly.

AI-generated content

Our deliverables are produced using AI generation tools. Ownership and licensing of AI-generated content is an evolving legal area. We make no specific warranty regarding the copyright status of AI-generated outputs beyond what is conveyed at the point of delivery. Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of delivered content complies with the terms of any AI platforms used and with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

Client-provided assets You confirm that any logos, images, product photos, or brand materials you provide are yours to use and share, and that they do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

Revisions

The number of revision rounds included in your project will be confirmed in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond that scope will be quoted separately. Approval of deliverables is the client’s responsibility — once you confirm approval in writing (including via email or message), the deliverable is considered final and accepted.


Cancellation & Refunds

Retainer clients: Either side may end the arrangement with 30 days’ written notice. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable.

Project deposits: Non-refundable once work has started.

Approved deliverables: No refund once work has been delivered and approved.

If we cannot deliver: If AIcreativexpress is unable to complete agreed work for reasons within our control, any prepaid fees for undelivered work will be refunded.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the engagement — including briefs, strategies, pricing, and unreleased content. This applies to all members of the AIcreativexpress collective who work on your project. We will not share your project details with anyone outside the collective without your permission.

Liability

As an informal freelance collective, AIcreativexpress does not carry business liability insurance as a collective entity. Our liability is therefore limited as follows:

Individual freelancers within the collective are solely responsible for their own professional conduct

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our deliverables

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the specific deliverable that caused the issue

We do not guarantee advertising performance, reach, conversions, or ROI from content we produce


Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our deliverables to create content that:

Violates any law in your country or the country where the content is distributed

Is false, misleading, or deceptive

Infringes the intellectual property rights of others

Violates platform advertising policies (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)

Discriminates against, defames, or harasses any person or group


Disputes

We genuinely want every client relationship to work well. If something goes wrong, please reach out directly and we will do our best to resolve it fairly. If a formal resolution is needed, both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation first. As an informal collective without a registered legal domicile, we cannot specify a formal governing jurisdiction — individual freelancers may be subject to their own freelance agreements and permit conditions under UAE law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
